PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Q: What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: All major US bank issued Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Q:When will you charge my card?
We will charge your account when your order is shipped. However, at the time of purchase, your credit card will be processed for an approval of the full amount of the purchase. This is only an authorization, not an actual charge. All Authorizations are automatically removed by your financial institution within 5-10 business days depending on the bank.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge tax on orders shipped within the state of California. No Tax for any order shipped outside of the state of CA.
Q: Do you accept check payment?
We accept check payments, however due to the time required to clear the payment, it may not be the quickest option. If you wish to pay with a personal or company check, please contact our sales department with the complete list of items you wish to purchase, along with the billing and shipping address details so that we can process your order invoice. Once the invoice is sent, you can then send us the check payment for the full balance due. Your order will be released for shipping as soon as the check is received and cleared through our bank, which normally taked about 2-5 business days from the date we receive the check.
